Refund policy

Our business model is Made to Order, so the final products are custom printed and unique just for you. We will make a replacement or issue a refund in case the item that you received is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor, or the materially of the product different from information we descibe from our website.

How to submit a request:

You have to submit a replacement request or refund request within 10 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at info@uniteandresist.com Please provide your order number as well as the email address used to place the order when send us an email. Keep in mind to attach your photos to clarify your case and help us understand your issue.
